Shipping & Returns

Welcome to the Hillcrest Tops Delivery and Return guide! We know how important it is for your items to arrive when you expect them, so please review the delivery and return information below to help guide you. If you live in an outlying area or on a farm there may be an additional fee which will be confirmed with you before your purchase is made.

All orders will be delivered Monday-Friday. Orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

Delivery times are between 5 – 7 days but may vary according to area.  If you live in an outlying area or farm please provide a postnet or post office address.

Courier service used is Courier Guy.  The service area includes:

Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, East London, George and Bloemfontein.

In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.

Once we send your purchase we will email you a confirmation with the courier details and a tracking number.

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To refund or exchange simply email us with your order number at info@hillcresttops.co.za

We will send a courier to collect from you.

Refunds are issued back via EFT into your bank account.  Please supply your banking details and branch code on your email to us.

There will be no additional cost if you are exchanging a size in the same style, if not you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.  A R65 excl vat handling fee will be deducted off of your refund or exchange to cover this.

 

IMPORTANT INFO:

Returns must be received in an unworn | saleable condition with original proof of purchase.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return.

When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.
